Man, school starts next Wednesday. I can't believe it. Summer went by pretty fast. My grandparents will also be coming from France on the first day of school. Both of these things mean I'll have almost no time to make songs... which is why I'm a "man on a mission" lol. My goal was to hit 40 songs by the time school started. I had to make 5 songs in 2 weeks, and I've already made Wicked Wind, Kamikaze, and Wraith, so I need to make 2 more. That's not too bad. I can do it. But don't expect as many songs from me in short amounts of time anymore. I also have to manage bubbleman4.com, so I have no time for music. Darn.

Oh well.

Okay, so, I have two new songs up. Three since the last post, actually. One is the collab with DJ Unknown, called "DnB vs Trance", another was a techno/dnb mix called "Twisted Realms", which I made on my own, and the last is "Electric Shock", which was a collab between my friend and I. I was basically just showing him how to use FL 7, so it was pretty much a test, but it sounded cool so he came over again to finish it. BE SURE TO LISTEN TO ALL OF THEM AND VOTE 5! :D

I've just finished a new song, Cyborg. It's my best DnB yet. It's also my first time using effects. My bass came out great... I like it. It sounds mean, as I've always wanted.

In other news, I'm working on a collab with DJ Unknown. It's a DnB/trance mix, appropriately titled "DnB vs Trance". It should be out today... but we're finishing it up.

AND, more news, I might get Reason. I don't know why, but I'll try it out. See what it can do.

Wow, am I happy. I just got the full version of FL Studio 7. Now I can finally save my songs. Finally. Although, not being able to save DID give me the incentive to finish my songs....

But whatever. I got the full version!

I'm pretty proud of it, because I tried out some different synths on it. I tried out PoiZone, SimSynth, WASP XT, and Toxic III. Enjoy the song!

As you may know, A-New-Decade has organized a big mix album. It will be a 2-disc set, disc 1 being techno/trance, and disc 2 being drum n bass. I can't wait until it's done! Anyway, I've made a new song for it, entitled "Dark Force".

Well, I've finished my song. It uses a lot of 3xOsc. The whole thing is just 3xOsc and drums. I like it that way. I made it louder and faster. I like it. Go vote and review!

VOTE 5!!!!

I've been studying ZENON's DnB tracks to see what mine lack, and I think I've got it. My drum beats are too one-dimensional and slow. My bass is too quiet. I need a higher BPM, some thick drums, and mean bass. Very FURIOUS bass. Bass that's so mad it'll bite your head off. I'll go give it a shot in my FL 7 demo. Sytrus worked for me in Nightlife, but it was too quiet. I'm going back to 3xOsc for my next song, along with a more varied drum beat and a WAY faster tempo. Let's see how it turns out.
